ChivX Affiliate Referral Tracking System

The ChivX Affiliate Portal at https://aff.chivx.com allows users to track their referrals, earnings, and progress in the ChivX Affiliate Program. This guide will walk users through account setup, using the dashboard, and submitting new referrals.

1. Setting Up Your Account

To start using the ChivX Affiliate Portal, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Affiliate Portal

   • Go to https://aff.chivx.com.

2. Sign Up with Email

   • After purchasing a ChivX NFT, sign up on the affiliate portal using your email address.

   • Submit your email to initiate the registration process.

3. Set Your Password

   • After signing up, a password reset link will be sent to your email.

   • Open the email, click on the link, and set a new password.

4. Log In to the Portal

   • Use your email and new password to log in.

5. Complete User Registration Information

   • Upon logging in, navigate to the registration section to complete your profile. Required details include:

     • Phone Number

     • Wallet ID

     • NFT Purchase Hash

     • Number of NFTs Purchased

     • Referral Code (optional, if you were referred by another user; leave blank if not referred).

6. Admin Verification

   • After submitting your information, the admin team will review and approve your account.

   • Once approved, you’ll receive your Affiliate ID via email and can view it on your dashboard.

2. Using the Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub for tracking referrals, earnings, and milestones. Here’s an overview of each section:

• Direct Referrals Count

  • Displays the total number of direct referrals you have made.

• Level Status

  • Shows your current level and any milestones achieved, such as reaching Level 1 after referring 5 NFTs.

• Daily and Total Earnings

  • Daily Earnings: Shows daily earnings from both your NFT and referral income.

  • Total Earnings: Provides a cumulative total of all earnings, including referral income and daily NFT rewards.

• Downline Count

  • View referrals up to three levels deep. This section displays how many users are in each level of your downline network.

• Affiliate ID and Approved NFTs

  • Shows your unique Affiliate ID, along with the total NFTs you have purchased and referred.

• Referral Submission Tab

  • Here, you can submit new referrals for verification and approval by the admin.

3. Submitting Referrals

To submit a new referral, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Referral Submission Tab

   • Go to the "Referral Submission" section on your dashboard.

2. Enter Referral Information

   • Fill in the form with the following information:

     • Referred User’s Name

     • Referred User’s Email ID

     • Phone Number

     • NFT Purchase Hash (for verification)

     • POL Hash (to track token transactions)

     • Number of NFTs Purchased

     • Referred User’s Wallet ID

3. Submit for Approval

   • Once the form is complete, submit it for admin approval.

   • The admin will review the details to ensure accuracy and validity.

4. Approval and Calculation of Referral

   • After the admin approves the referral, it will be officially recorded in your account, and any related earnings will be calculated and added to your dashboard.
